Tailored Ledger, LLC (“Tailored Ledger,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the website located at thetailoredledger.com (the “Site”). We provide a subscription service that delivers ready‑to‑use social‑media content designed for accountants and bookkeepers. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and your choices regarding that information.

Contact details. When you reach out to us through our contact form or other communication channels, we collect information such as your name, email address and the content of your message. The Site’s contact section displays fields for “Name,” “Email address” and “Message.

Account and subscription information. When you create an account and subscribe to our service, we ask for details such as your first and last name, billing and mailing address, username, email address and password. In order to process subscription orders, our checkout page also collects city, state/province, postal code and country information. We collect any other information you choose to provide through optional fields or by contacting us directly.

Payment information. We use a third‑party payment processor (Stripe) to collect and process your payment information. While you enter credit card details during checkout, those details are transmitted directly to the payment processor. We do not store or have access to your full payment card number; we only receive limited information (e.g., the last four digits and expiration date) necessary to confirm payment status. The checkout form indicates that payment is processed through Stripe.

Usage data. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about how you access and use our services. This may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, and the dates and times of your visits.
